Common questions from counsel, research desks, and operations teams.

What does News Vault Pro actually do?

We index public filings and publish studio editions that summarise them in chronological order. We are not a newswire, not a law firm, and not an investment adviser.

Our output is documentation: dated packets with source PDFs, amendment links, and brief context lines. Clients use us to reconstruct what was known on a given day — especially when agency portals reorder or purge documents.

How do editions differ from one another?

Morning Brief is the widest and shallowest — overnight items across all sections. Section Digest goes deep on one lane. Archive Pull rebuilds history for a named entity and date range.

Context Note is a single-topic timeline memo without verdict. Weekly Compendium closes the week with volume notes and open items. Each edition type has its own stamp so you can cite it in minutes.

Can I visit the Erskine Road studio?

Yes, by appointment during staffed hours — Monday to Friday, seven-thirty to nineteen-thirty Singapore time. Write to [email protected] with your name, organisation, and the material you wish to read.

Bring identification. We provide reading tables and supervised access to indexed packets. We do not allow unattended copying or photography of third-party documents.

Which sources do you file from?

Authenticated PDFs and HTML notices from regulators, exchanges, and agencies whose publications are public record. We also file selected ASEAN communiqués where Singapore entities appear as counterparty.

We do not ingest anonymous tips, social posts, or paywalled articles. If a document is not on the public record, it does not enter the archive.

When are editions delivered?

Morning Brief publishes at or shortly after seven-thirty SGT on business days. Section Digests follow once overnight indexing completes — typically mid-morning.

Archive Pulls and Context Notes follow agreed timelines in your engagement letter. Weekly Compendium publishes Friday near nineteen-thirty unless a portal outage delays filing intake.

How do you handle correspondence and personal data?

Email to [email protected] is stored for operational continuity — scheduling visits, answering scope questions, delivering editions under contract.

Privacy requests go to [email protected]. Our privacy page lists categories, retention, and lawful bases. We do not sell contact lists or share client names for marketing.

Do you quote fees on the website?

No. Scope, edition mix, and retention terms are set in writing after an orientation call. We describe the method on this site; we do not publish price lists or transactional forms.

If you need a sample Morning Brief for evaluation, ask by email. We send a redacted example from a prior week rather than live client material.

What happens when you make an error?

We issue a revision stamp on the affected edition, keep the prior version in the chain, and notify subscribers who received the packet. Errors in summary text are corrected; errors in source PDFs are noted with an errata line pointing to the agency reissue.

We log corrections in the weekly compendium under an "Amendments" header so compliance teams can audit what changed without searching every lane.
